From the moment Amanda stepped foot into the GS Studio I knew we were going to have a ball creating her dream wedding hair and make-up look.
Amanda is an extremely talented illustrator so is very creative. I love getting to know our Brides so as I can let my hair & make-up reflect their personality.
We had a very detailed consultation about every part of Amanda' & Iwan' Festival wedding.

Firstly I designed Amanda's Hair look. We first styled her hair down creating big bouncy waves to help frame Amanda's beautiful bespoke head crown. Products I used to create the look were Tigi Queen for a Day and Toni & Guy Seasalt Spray~ Finished using a professional medium hold hairspray ~ Amanda loved it. We then styled a cute and simple updo as a second option as she wanted to see both looks to be 100% sure.

Amanda is blessed with flawless skin, a beautiful English Rose. I enhanced her natural beauty by applying a cleanser & moisturiser by Liz Earle, then used a primer ready for makeup application using Christian Dior flash skin.
I created a brown smokey-eye to really enhance her huge pretty hazel eyes. Using HD Brows, Bobbi Brown Gel Eyeliner, Mac warm shades palette and individual lashes.
For Amanda's foundation I opted for Mac to suit her skin type, used along with a creamy concealer by HD Brows.
This was followed by using a beautiful shimmery highlighter and rose blush by Hourglass cosmetics, and a very subtle contour.
Lips were kept natural using L'Oréal Creme lipgloss in Nude and Mac Lip conditioner.
We locked in the make-up using a Mac loose powder, followed by Urban Decay spritz at the last minute to keep it all looking fresh.

On the Wedding Day...

I arrived at the venue the night before and was in love!
For those looking for an unique quirky festival feel be sure to check it out! Fforest Camp, North Wales.
The setting was just magical! Fairy lights and tipis surrounded by unspoilt countryside. All that was missing was a beautiful bride and groom.
On the morning Amanda was a little jittery - I remained calm and helped her relax into her chair making it cosy with fur blankets ~ ready to work my magic for her to say I do.

She looked truly stunning!
