What sort of wedding could I have in Santorini?
There are so many options! With chapel, vineyard or boat weddings all ready to be booked, there’s something to fit every style and budget. Wedding receptions in Santorini can take place in a wide choice of restaurants or wineries offering the best Santorinian food, or you may choose to combine your wedding and reception in one of Santorini’s designer hotels.
Or perhaps the beach? You could have a simple, barefoot ceremony on the sand or build this ip to a beautiful set-up with white covered chairs, flower arch and raised aisle in the sand. Then for your reception, why not combine your beach wedding with a casual BBQ or a meal at a beachfront taverna?
What sort of make up should I choose for a wedding in Santorini?
It’s totally up to you! However, for hot destinations, we’d look to ensure your make up lasts all day. We are in love with Tom Ford’s eyeshadow palettes at the moment - the pigment is so strong and gives such a smooth coverage on the eyelid. We need to be careful what products we use as the weather can be so hot and make the skin look shiny or greasy. We’d aim to keep your skin as matte as possible due to the hot climate, as we wouldn’t want any unwanted shine appearing in the final pictures!
